Evan E. Conroy – Senior Associate
Evan Conroy’s practice is focused on community association law, litigation and collections. At Moore & Reese, LLC, Mr. Conroy advises managers and board members on covenant enforcement issues as well as the collection of assessments. Prior to joining Moore & Reese, Mr. Conroy practiced community association law at another Georgia law firm. He has been lead counsel in community association cases throughout the metro Atlanta area. Mr. Conroy is also an active member of the Community Associations Institute and has taught continuing education courses to community association managers.
A Georgia native, Mr. Conroy attended the University of Georgia for his undergraduate education and Georgia State University’s College of Law for his law degree. While in law school, Mr. Conroy was a student attorney in the Philip C. Cook Low Income Taxpayer Clinic where he represented taxpayers otherwise unable to afford legal representation. He graduated with high pro bono distinction in recognition of his volunteer work. While an undergraduate at the University of Georgia, Mr. Conroy earned degrees in Biology, graduating cum laude.
In his spare time, Mr. Conroy enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
